Tutorial: How to Cancel a Lesson
Cancellations are taken care of via your Client Portal. Here's how:
1. Log in to your portal at https://haw.timetap.com (once on this website, the "Login" button is on the top right).
2. Click on "View My Appointments" (this can be found in the "My Account" section).
3. Find the appointment in question and click the "View Details" button.
4. Click on "Cancel this appointment."
Once you complete the steps above you'll receive an email that confirms the cancellation.
