Tutorial: How to Update Payment Info

Updating your payment information is taken care of via the Client Portal. Here's how:

 

1. Log in to your portal at https://haw.timetap.com (once on this website, the "Login" button is on the top right). 

2. Click on "My Account"

3. Click on "My Profile."

4. Look for the drop-down menu near the top right side of your profile (*SEE IMAGE BELOW*). The drop-down menu is labeled "View" and once you select the drop down menu you can choose from the available options: Details, Forms, Packages or Payment Info.

5. Click on "Payment Info."

6. Delete the current card on file

7. Add your new payment method.
