CANCEL ANY TIME!
Your weekly lesson day/time will be reserved for you for as long as you want it — enjoy scheduling peace-of-mind!
As you may see on our Recurring Schedule Booking Page, we are nearly fully booked. If you can't find an available time slot, consider signing up on our waitlist.
NOTE: A time slot will only become available if/when a current client gives up their time slot. As such, the length of time you will be on the waitlist is not predictable, but available time slots are given to clients on the waitlist first so it's best to get in the queue now in order to have the best shot of getting on our schedule!

DETAILS OF THE RECURRING SCHEDULE
Your swim lesson day, time, and teacher are reserved for you indefinitely. This will be your standing appointment time and another client can never reserve your teacher at that time until you give up your time slot. For example, if you book a Recurring Schedule for Sundays at 10am, YOU and ONLY YOU will get to swim on Sundays at 10am until you discontinue your lessons.
The regular 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you can't make it to your scheduled appointment you just need to provide at least 24 hours notice in order to not be charged for the canceled class. You can then either reschedule your class to a different day/time that week, or you can skip your class that week. If you do not reschedule the class for another time, the credit for that week's class will roll over to the next billing cycle. You are never responsible for paying for lessons that are canceled with more than 24 hours notice. The 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for cancellations of any kind including cancellations due to sickness, weather, and any other reason.
When opting for the "Recurring Schedule," you are placed on an auto-renew billing plan. Lessons are charged monthly, at the beginning of the month. Lessons canceled more than 24 hours in advance that have been pre-paid for will be credited to the following month's invoice. Your auto-renew payments will continue until you tell the Head Above Water office you would like to discontinue your lessons. You are not locked into a contract of any kind and you can discontinue classes at ANY time. If you cancel in the middle of a month and you have unused lessons that have been pre-paid for, the credit for the unused lessons will be held on file for future use, or upon request they can be refunded back to your original payment method.
You can discontinue your lessons at ANY time throughout the year by simply contacting the Head Above Water office and requesting to cancel your Recurring Schedule. At that point, your standing weekly appointment will be removed from our scheduling system on the date of your request and you will not be responsible for any further payments moving forward. Please refer to the "Billing" section to understand how your billing will be reconciled if/when you discontinue your classes.
